Raw data for "Nonlinear channel dynamics enable cell-type specific sensing and control of firing statistics"

Input-output (current-voltage) data of simulated neuronal populations. The files named "rhbs_x_.jld2" contain input for ConnnorStevens (CS) model, as input-driven neurons they start to fire at a cell-specific rheobase (in units of nA). Files named "CS_noiselevel_x_.zip" contain output when input mean is fixed at the value x and the input variance is ramped. The files named "mean_x_.jld2" and "noiselevel_x_.jld2" contain input for STG model when input mean and input variance are ramped, respectively. The files named "mean_x_.zip" and "noiselevel_x_.zip" contain output for STG model, with one file per neuron. Output files contain the neuron's average calcium concentration, mean and variance of voltage, burstiness, and spike times over 15 trials per each input condition.
