Replication package: Kubernetes resource requests and limits in public Helm charts (dataset and code)

Data and code replication package for the study "Right-Sizing in Name Only: A Large-Scale Mining Study of Kubernetes Resource Requests and Limits in Public Helm Charts." Contains the mined dataset (23,028 container resource blocks from 10,537 public Helm charts on Artifact Hub; 17,076 package metadata records), the collection and analysis code, a helm-template rendered-manifest validation, a longitudinal trend, and an open-source resource right-sizing linter. Code is MIT-licensed; data is CC-BY-4.0. Only derived measurements and provenance pointers (repository, chart, version, path) are distributed, not the underlying charts. The manuscript is not included. This version adds the artifacts for the controlled runtime experiment (an identical workload deployed under each resource specification on a local cluster and on Amazon EKS, measuring CPU throttling, latency, throughput, out-of-memory termination, and node-pressure eviction), a head-to-head comparison of the linter against established Kubernetes configuration analyzers, and the GitHub incident-prevalence mining.
