Rainfall homogenizes while fruiting increases diversity of spore deposition in Mediterranean conditions

The dataset is divided in three files, besides the "Read me" files. First dataset is the community data, with samples in rows and OTUs in columns. This dataset is the result of the quality control, filtering and sequence clustering using SCATA pipeline Second dataset is the environmental data, with all the data used for the analysis. It includes environmental data of the studied plots, but also additional data measurements such as qPCR data. Finally, the third dataset are the taxonomical identifications of each OTU, including the functional identification. This is the result of a one-by-one taxonomical identification using MassBlaster implemented in UNITe. Subsequent functional identification was performed using FunGuild
