We performed RNA seq and Cut&Run assay on MMS22L-depleted UT-7 cells using ShRNA approach.Transcriptomic profile of MMS22L-depleted cells was compared to those of MMS22L-WT cells transduced with ShCTRL (=ShRNA Scramble). Triplicates of each condition were analysed.Cut&Run targeted chromatin profiling was performed for H3K4me3, H3K27ac and control IgG on shCTRL and shMMS22L-transduced UT-7 cells. Duplicates and triplicates were respectively analysed for the IgG condition and for H3K4me3 and H3K27ac conditions.
