Data from online questionnaire collected to assess how dependence between the lifetimes of coupled lives varies in countries of different levels of economic development. Questionnaire distributed to students at a university in Ghana. Participants answered questions relating to the deaths of their grandparents. Data collected from 17th July 2021 - 18th November 2021 and 26th April 2022 - 20th May 2022. Total number of respondents: 826. Each complete questionnaire contributes two data points to the sample, with questions relating to both maternal and paternal grandparents.
