The file contains two data types: <strong>CRUISENAME</strong><strong>_bio.parquet</strong>: contains optical properties of single celled phytoplankton measured by SeaFlow (namely <em>Prochlorococcus</em>, <em>Synechococcus</em> and picoeukaryotes), which includes forward light scattering, red and orange fluorescence measured in surface waters (~ 5 m depth) during each oceanographic cruise. The datasets has been sub-sampled to include 10% of the original data. <strong>CRUISENAME</strong><strong>_phys.parquet</strong>: contains location of the SeaFlow data, along with sea surface temperature and salinity measured during the cruises.
