RNA-seq of liver and tumor tissues from a CT26 colorectal carcinoma xenograft mouse model.

In our study, aimed at identifying highly expressed genes in E. coli within tumor tissues, we conducted RNA sequencing analysis of liver and tumor tissues from a CT26 colorectal carcinoma xenograft mouse model. The mice were injected intravenously with E. coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655, and tissue samples were collected at two time points: 1 day post infection (dpi) and 3 dpi. A total of 22 samples were analyzed, including day 1 liver (n = 6), day 1 tumor (n = 7), day 3 liver (n = 3), and day 3 tumor (n = 6)
