Dataset for Increasing the Spatial Resolution of Harmful Cyanobacterial Bloom Detection using Deep Learning and Sentinel-2 Satellite Imagery

Contains a training set and a test set. The features are CyAN image patches that have been interpolated to 20m resolution. The labels are geographically overlapping patches of Sentinel 2 level 2A images where all bands have been interpolated to 20m. The training set has been divided into 5 files based on CyAN region for ease of download.
