Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Detailed requirements of the local planning plan of Gaudies

The surface requirements of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The requirements of a PLU are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code and are presented in the form of information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU. A requirement which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the settlement of the area.
In this dataset are the surface requirements of TYPE 01 (classified wooded spaces) and 05 (reserved spaces) if they appear on the graphic documents of the PLU.

本数据集依据法国国家地理信息委员会（Commission nationale de l'information géographique，CNIG）的国家规范，对地方规划方案（Local Planning Plan，LDP）的地表管控要求开展了数字化处理。地方城市规划方案（Plan Local d'Urbanisme，PLU）的相关要求在《城市规划法典》R123-11条中予以明确，其以信息形式呈现在PLU的图形文档内。叠加于规划文档某一区域的管控要求，通常会对该区域的建设开发活动施加额外约束。
本数据集收录TYPE 01（划定林地空间）与TYPE 05（预留空间）的地表管控要求，且此类要求需已出现在PLU的图形文档中。
