资源简介:
The liver inflammation and hepatic fat deposition may also be associated with Intestinal flora disorders in the alcohol-treatment mice. Studies have shown that the alterations in the type and amount of microorganisms are important elements in the alcohol liver damage-related disease. In fact, alcohol liver damage can cause the intestinal flora disorders, which means quantitative (bacterial overgrowth) and qualitative (Intestinal flora disorders) changes in the intestinal micro_flora. The intestinal flora of alcohol liver damage model mice were broken and promoted the inflammatory factors. Inflammatory factors and the overgrowth harmful bacterial entered the liver through the endotoxin circulation, and then aggravate the hepatic inflammatory and lipid metabolism disorders, finally accelerated fatty liver, liver fibrosis. Increased Toll-like receptor 4 and pro-inflammatory cytokines levels were detected in alcohol liver damage model mice, this was associated with bacterial overgrowth or micro_flora changes as well as increased intestinal permeability.
