This is the database containing all the data needed to reproduce the results of the paper. `patches2.duckdb` is a database contained pre-processed LPJ-GUESS patch-level output data `raw` contains all further data needed: climate and environmental covariates and output from single- and muti-PFT LPJ-GUESS runs used to determine the theretical and realised niche of all PFTs This is an updated version, supplied with the reviewed version of the manuscript.
