Gene expression and pre-mRNA splicing events were examined in human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7) cells treated or not with cisplatin and various siRNAs. Overall design: Triplicate samples of MCF7 cells were treated with siRNA to knock down c-Jun or RBM39, or control siRNA, and treated or not with cisplatin.
