Data and analysis: Migratory Movements of Saltmarsh Sparrows Revealed by Automated Telemetry

This repository contains the data and code necessary to reproduce the analysis and figures in the manuscript "Migratory Movements of Saltmarsh Sparrows Revealed by Automated Telemetry" by Benvenuti et al. (in revision, Avian Conservation and Ecology).

Download the SALS-main zip file of the repository; all code and data is available in this fileExtract the zipped SALS-main zip file to the desired location on your local machine.Within the resulting SALS_analysis-main directory produced from the extraction, open the SALS_analysis.Rproj file in RStudio on a computer with internet access. Note that RStudio requires R to be installed. This opens the RStudio project associated with the data, code, and analysis.All of the code necessary to process, analyze, and generate figures is located in the Code directory. Open and begin by running the code within Code/00_Process_SALS_Motus_data.R and proceeding sequentially through other similarly-named files within the Code subdirectory. If interested only in the figures, these are provided as a convenience in the Output directory.
