Data and code: potential global distribution of eight economically important soft scale insects (Hemiptera: Coccidae) recorded in Uzbekistan under climate change

Occurrence data, R code and model output supporting a maximum entropy analysis of the potential global distribution of eight Coccidae species recorded in Uzbekistan under current and future climates. The deposit contains the 2,013 thinned occurrence records used for model calibration, the 24 georeferenced Fergana valley records used in a supplementary re-fit, the complete analysis pipeline in R, and the model output tables reproduced in the paper. Occurrence records derive from GBIF downloads archived under their own DOIs; climate data are WorldClim 2.1 and CMIP6 (BCC-CSM2-MR) at 10 arc-min resolution.
