The loss of ADAR1 significantly reduced ribosome production, decreased tumor translational efficiency, and impaired the translation of oncogenic pathways. And NOP14 significantly upregulated ribosome production and tumor translational efficiency. Overall design: RNA-Seq was performed in control siRNA and ADAR1 siRNA cells. RNA-Seq was performed in NOP14-overexpressing and control MDA-MB-231 cells.
