资源简介:
The processing of government-structured documents was prepared in 2017 in the preliminary study project preparing the preparation of the Government’s decision-making tool (VNK003:00/2017, VNK003:00/2017) as an appendix to the preliminary study report, which describes the target state for the processing of government structured documents after 2-4 years. In this work, government decision documents refer to documents published in parliamentary documents or in the collection of legislative acts:
— Government proposal
— Confirm the law
— Government Decree
— Decree of the President of the Republic
— Ministerial Decree
— Government statement (U-letter, interests).
The target architecture describes the architecture principles, boundaries and boundary conditions of government documents, bond architectures, key requirements and objectives that emerged during the architectural work, stakeholders, services, processes, roles, concept model, main data groups, data flows, information system services and information systems.
The target state covers the processing of documents structured by 12 ministries. It does not deal with the management of specific datasets, but only the processing of public and national level IV data. Some 1,800 people participate in the drafting of government documents. The target architecture has not been extended to the administrative branches of the ministries, but the need to enable the ministries to prepare documents jointly with their administrative branches has been highlighted in the work.
The material includes a preliminary study report, a description of the target architecture and appendices.
