Results of research on the electrochemical simulation of the metabolism of three antidepressant drugs: mirtazapine, sertraline, and trazodone. The physiochemical characteristics and identificiation of selected antidepressants and their metabolites was performed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (UHPLC-QqQ MS/MS) and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF MS). Research conducted within the project entitled "Studies on electrochemically generated potential metabolites of antidepressants using liquid chromatography- mass spectrometry" implemented within the Miniatura 7 call.
