Dataset for Adaptive Skeletal Muscle Remodeling in Young Adults with Obesity: Body Composition, Muscle Strength, IL-6, IGF-1, and Myostatin

This repository contains the anonymized dataset supporting the manuscript entitled "Adaptive Skeletal Muscle Remodeling in Young Adults with Obesity: An Integrated Assessment of Body Composition, Muscle Strength, and Inflammatory, Anabolic, and Catabolic Biomarkers." The dataset includes anonymized individual-level data on anthropometric measurements, body composition, handgrip strength, and circulating biomarkers (IL-6, IGF-1, and myostatin) from 82 young adults.
