Gene expression profiling of the retinal microvessels and the brain microvessels

Using these DEGs, we comprehensively analyzed gene expression of the microvessels and highlighted their involvement in critical functional structures in RMVs and BMVs, such as junctional complex, transporters and signaling pathways.本研究利用这些差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs），对微血管的基因表达模式开展了全面分析，并着重阐明了其在视网膜微血管（Retinal Microvessels, RMVs）与脑微血管（Brain Microvessels, BMVs）的关键功能结构中的参与作用，例如连接复合体、转运体及信号通路。
