Comparative analysis of immune responses in ovipositing and non-ovipositing females of European earwig

These data were collected on females European earwig forficula auricularia, after infection by Serratia marcescens. Comparison of immune parameter between female before and after oviposition wes performed by measuring the total hemcoytes count (THC), the phenoloxydase activity (Vmax_PO) and the propotion of the three types of heamocytes (granulocytes, plasmatocytes and spherulocytes) and the survival 24 hours after injection.
