our purpose of this study is to perform analysis about both of host model (RHG) and experimental biofilm formed with the use of in situ dental biofilm model. The novelty of our study is to perform analysis of dental biofilm, which has never performed, and the experimental biofilm has microbiome and structure similar to dental biofilm in oral cavity and the hypothesis is that in situ dental biofilm can be affected by host gingiva model.
