AMOC for the PI control and PI quasi-equilibrium hosing simulations

This dataset contains processed model output of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) and meridional heat transport (MHT) for the pre-industrial (PI) control simulation and the quasi-equilibrium PI hosing simulation. The simulations are performed with the Community Earth System Model (CESM, version 1.0.5). The native model output is regridded to a standard latitudinal grid and provided for annual averages. The PI control simulation was initialised from rest and slowly equilbirates over millenial timescales. The quasi-equilbrium PI hosing simulation was branched from model year 2800 of the PI control simulation.
