Sciatic Nerve Atlas

We have combined bulk RNA sequencing of developing sciatic nerves up to the adult with focused bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing of Schwann cells throughout postnatal development, extended by single-cell transcriptome analysis of the full sciatic nerve both perinatally and in the adult. The results were merged in the transcriptome resource Sciatic Nerve ATlas.我们整合了发育至成年阶段的坐骨神经的批量RNA测序（bulk RNA sequencing）数据，以及贯穿出生后发育全过程的施万细胞（Schwann cells）靶向批量RNA测序与单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）数据；并进一步补充了围产期与成年时期完整坐骨神经的单细胞转录组分析（single-cell transcriptome analysis）数据。最终所有结果被整合至转录组资源《坐骨神经图谱（Sciatic Nerve ATlas）》中。
