WS_housfy_example

Dataset of properties for sale in the province of Barcelona sourced from the real estate platform Housfy. The dataset is a sample extraction of 50 property listings. For each listing — that is, for each property — the dataset includes the following attributes: Reference: a numeric value that serves as a unique identifier for the listing. Location: a text string indicating the address of the listing. Price (€): a numeric value, in euros, representing the economic value of the property. Surface area (m²): a numeric value, in square meters, indicating the surface area of the property. # Bedrooms: a numeric value indicating the number of bedrooms in the property. # Bathrooms: a numeric value indicating the number of bathrooms in the property. Listing URL: a text string containing the link to the property listing. Image URL: a text string containing the link to the main image of the listing.
