Microphysogobio brevirostris Transcriptome or Gene expression

Microphysogobio brevirostris, perch in shallow, is one of the endemic species in Taiwan. Microphysohobio brevirostris take the seaweed and other organic scrap under the water for food. Thus, the tissue of Microphysohobio brevirostris could be taken to deeply sequence for water heavy metals detection. Due to the ecological importance of Microphysogobio brevirostris, genomic data are eagerly needed. However, there is still no sufficient data available. Thus, this project is to sequence transcriptome deeply and provide well-assembled transcriptome sequences and annotation for Microphysohobio brevirostris research.
