Data získaná z myšího modelu chronického fotostárnutí vyvolaného UV zářením

The dataset contains individual measurements for each mouse. In the associated manuscript figures, data are presented as group summaries (mean ± standard deviation, SD). These summary statistics were calculated from the individual values provided in this dataset. In selected cases, outlier values were excluded from the calculation of summary statistics. All raw data, including these values, are retained in the dataset. Each worksheet in the Excel file corresponds to a specific figure. For each sheet: - Rows represent individual mice - Columns represent sample number, ID, group (irradiated/non-irradiated), timepoint of sacrifice and measured variable (this column is specified more in the “Notes” part for each sheet below) - Units and methods correspond to those described in the manuscript
