Analysis of JMJD6 binding relative to the epigenomic landscape of BJ fibroblasts from young to replicative senescent. BJ Fibroblasts with doxycycline inducible JMJD6 tagged with either TY1 or HA, were collected for ChIP-seq after acute doxycycline treatment, at young-quiescent and senescent stages. Tagged JMJD6 binding was then compared between young and senescent cells at senescence associated enhancer subsets.
