Raw expression data for genes related to DNA repair and metabolism

Data: raw expression data (read counts) for 519 genes related to DNA repair and metabolism.Method: Next Generation Sequencing using Ion Torrent S5XL platform.Samples: peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated from whole blood samples collected from 8 patients with lower extremity artery disease (LEAD), 7 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), 7 patients with chronic venous disease (CVD) and 7 healthy volunteers (Controls).This dataset was used for publication:Next Generation Sequencing in the Assasment of the Transcriptomic Landscape of DNA Damage Repair Genes in Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Chronic Venous Disease and Lower Extremity Artery Disease by Karol P.
