Whole exome sequencing of early-age onset nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Homo sapiens

Thirty-nine early-age onset (age of diagnosis <=20) patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) from Southern China were examined using the whole-exome sequencing (WES) to understand the genetic basis of NPC and to identify the cancer predisposition genes associated with NPC for genetic screening of the high-risk individuals.
