Certification of health facilities for quality of care (Referential 2014-2020)

The certification in [its version V2014](https://has-sante.fr/upload/docs/application/pdf/2014-10/guide_methodologique_v2014.pdf) is a global and independent assessment of the health institution to encourage continuous improvement in patient care. It focuses in particular on assessing the institution’s ability to identify and control its risks and to implement best practices. Common themes, supplemented according to the profile of the institutions by specific themes, are evaluated: — Quality and risk management — Infectious risk management — bulleted text here Patient rights — Patient’s journey — Patient file management — Drug management of the patient And each of them, according to the non-compliance with the requirements, is qualified as: Sensitive points; Non-conformities or major non-conformities.
