RNA-seq datasets of OsRDR3 transgenic plants.

Rice transgenic lines over-expressing RDR3 were showing vigrous growth phenotype. Height and tiller number of over-expression lines were increased comapred to wild-type controls. Homology dependent silenced line of RDR3 was extremley sick and did not survive beyond vegetative phase. We have performed RNA seq analysis using vegetative tissues of wild type, over-expression and knock-down tansgenic lines. Five weeks old seedlings were considered as vegetative tissues. Libraries were prepared from total RNA isolated from the tissues mentioned.
