This dataset contains experimental and simulation results supporting the PhD dissertation titled “High-Performance Integrated Interface Circuits for Wireless Power Transfer.” The research aims to develop and evaluate advanced inductive-resonant wireless power transfer (WPT) interface circuits for implantable medical devices, focusing on voltage-mode, hybrid voltage-/current-mode, and resonant-current-mode receiver architectures. The data were obtained through a combination of IC design and circuit simulations (Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, and electromagnetic modeling), chip fabrication in CMOS/BCD technologies, and laboratory measurements using resonant inductive links under varying coupling and load conditions. The dataset includes measured waveforms, efficiency, and voltage-conversion-ratio characterization, load-transient responses, wireless link parameters, and system-level end-to-end efficiency results, providing the empirical basis for validating the proposed circuit topologies and control strategies.
