Prescribing and Deprivation - Code and Results

The file contains the supplementary results for a study of antibiotic prescribing and the English Index of Deprivation (2015) and the Python code used to produce these results. <br><br>The results for the Index of Multiple Deprivations (IMD) are followed by the results for its component indices, measuring deprivation in terms of Income, Employment, Education, Training and Skills, Health and Disability, Crime, Barriers to Housing and Services and the Living Environment. The association with antibiotic prescribing for each index is presented in a regression table and chart.<br>
