Abromics reports and metagenomic workflows output

This dataset consists of a collection of ABRomics reports used as source data for the construction of a knowledge graph. The dataset was compiled to support a study demonstrating the importance and benefits of applying the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles in the management and integration of antibiotic-resistance data.
