scRNAseq data of NK cells from multiple myeloma patients and healthy donors

This repository contains the processed data containing 8 clusters of NK cells from 10 multiple myeloma patients (n=10) and 10 healthy donors (n=10) (age and sex matched) within the Seurat object format. The data is used to generate single cell trasncriptomics results on our articleFor the convenience of the exploration and longer term support of the tools, data is stored as RDS object.Further details on the data analysis can be find in the suplementary material part of our article.
