Aiming at the efficient resolution of financial disputes, this system pioneers a new multi-channel dispute resolution model primarily adopting "non-litigation mediation + judicial confirmation" as its core approach. Based on the characteristics of financial cases, particularly those of consumer individual loan disputes, it provides batch-processed and intelligent dispute resolution services, and launches online financial dispute resolution channels for financial industry mediation institutions, financial organizations and financial consumers. This enables the fully online processing of the entire workflow and full-range business from dispute resolution application to mediation implementation. Meanwhile, it guarantees the compliance and legitimacy of the online procedure via technical measures including blockchain evidence preservation, real-name authentication and SMS authentication, thereby enhancing the recognition of the online mediation process by courts during the judicial confirmation stage.
