Mapping between Ancestral telomeres and telomeres in extant species with finished genome sequences.

The first column lists Ancestral chromosome numbers, and the second column lists the chromosome ends. For each Ancestral chromosome end, the corresponding orthologous chromosome end for each species examined with a finished genome sequence is given in the same column. Post-WGD species have two chromosome ends that correspond to each Ancestral chromosome end.
