Week-Hourly vehicle activity profiles for Germany based on BASt measurements

This dataset contains data from permanent automatic counting stations on highways and federal roads in Germany, collected by the German Federal Highway Research Institut (BASt). The raw data from the BASt's website (CC BY 4.0 licensed) has been aggregated to weekday-hour profiles for KFW and PKW vehicle types. The data is used by the model PyPSA-Eur and was previously part of the data bundle, and has now been unbundled for easier updating.In the data bundle, the files were called `KFZ__count` and `Pkw__count` and have been renamed for consistency with subsequent versions.
