This dataset contains experimental SoM annotations and molecular structures used for model training, validation, and testing in the study "CYP-MAP: Comprehensive Database and Multi-Level GNN Model for Site of Metabolism (SoM) Prediction". The dataset is currently under embargo and will be made publicly available in the future.
