FENNEC: photon-level deep learning for classifying bursts in diffusion-based single-molecule FRET - Data Repository

Example diffusion-based single-molecule FRET (smFRET) dataset accompanying FENNEC (Fluorescence Event Neural Network for Evaluating and Classifying bursts), a deep learning framework for classifying smFRET bursts directly from raw photon timestamps for conformational dynamics, acceptor blinking and acceptor bleaching. FENNEC uses a dilated convolutional network and covers burst simulation, training and inference.
