Trial 1 conducted at CQIRP for Early-stage Colonisation of Chicken Gut Microbiota: A Novel Approach to Poultry Health Management

This is a CTR vs AVG trial with Dexamethasone challenge. DNA extraction was performed from all the samples that were collected. The DNA library was sequenced and analysed using Rstudio. We also did RNA extraction from the Jejunum samples which was analysed using the IPA software. Histomorphological analysis was performed. Performance data was also analysed.
