Small RNAs sequence of tea leaves after the infection by Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola.. Camellia sinensis

Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola is a phytopathogenic fungus, which causes leaf spot on tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] Kuntze), and causes the decrease in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by P. trachicarpicola was firstly found in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province, China. P. trachicarpicola can cause the lesion on tea leaves after 1 d of inoculation. The small RNA of tea leaves infected by P. trachicarpicola was sequenced, and the data contribute to easily learn the pathogenesis.
