Every Cure Knowledge Graph, a Unified Biomedical Knowledge Graph for Drug Repurposing

We present EC-KG, a Biolink Model-compatible biomeidcal KG for drug repurposing, created by integrating three complementary biomedical knowledge graphs: RTX-KG2, ROBOKOP KG, and PrimeKG. EC-KG integrates the three complementary biomedical KGs in an interoperable manner with multi-level provenance tracking, leading to a unified KG with over 90 primary data sources with extensive coverage of biomedical entities such as drugs, targets and diseases.
