A dataset of long-term biological plot background and farming systems of CERN agricultural stations

The background data set of the long-term biological plots and farming system of CERN agriculture station is a comprehensive integration of the basic data at the beginning of the establishment of the plots from 21 CERN agriculture stations. It contains the background information, representative agriculture types and the farming system records of 145 long-term observation plot from 15 agricultural stations, 5 desert-agriculture composite stations and 1 wetland-agriculture composite station. The data set includes station code, plot code, plot name, plot type, crop name and rotation system, geographical location, altitude, plot area and shape, plot establishment time and design service life, representativeness, administrative location, farming system and irrigation system. The data set can provide basic data support for the study of crop resource distribution, farming system zoning and development.
