Phenotyping and genotyping data from: A Constitutively Expressed RTM1-like Gene Is Associated with BtMV Movement-Restriction in Sugar Beet

The attached file 'Phenotyping_Genotyping_data_BtMV_207_progenies.xlsx' contains the data for the complete set of 207 progenies. The attached file 'Phenotyping_Genotyping_data_BtMV_133_progenies.xlsx' contains the data for a subset of 133 progenies, used for QTL analysis and the identification of the major QTL on chromosome 1. In both attached files, the first line is the 'SLSG_15dpi (phenotype_scoring)' = visual symptoms scoring of the progenies ranging fom 1 (high resistant score) to 5(high susceptible score). The second line contains the 'headers' of the genotype table with 1- columns A and B = the ID marker systems with more details on the c1 ('Marker_Synonym'), column C to the last column, the genotypes (A, B, H) for the progenies.
