Eastern Meadowlark response to landcover change in the DC Metro Area 1985-2023

This repository serves as supplemental material for the example application analysis in the manuscript "TemporalModelR: An R package for temporally-explicit species distribution modeling". The example application explores using the R package TemporalModelR to explore temporal changes in landcover based habitat suitablity for the Eastern Meadowlark in the counties surrounding the Washington DC and Baltimore metro areas of the united states from 1985-2023. All data and code used to preform that analysis is stored here. "LCMS_Exports", "Percent_Areas", "Masked_Projected_Variables", and "Scaled" should all be unzipped as folders of the same name within the "Rasters" subfodlder of "PaperCode/DC_Metro/" in order for all relative paths to work and for the R code to run without changes.
