Brachyury gene expression in the acorn worm Ptychodera flava

In this research, we examined the expression of Brachyury gene in caudal-tip region of the adult. Whole-mount in situe hybridazation, Iso-seq RNA sequencing and single-cell rRNA sequecing were used to examine the gene expresion. We obtained resutls that show the gene expression in sevral cells of caudal-tip region of the acron worm adult.
