Single-cell transcriptome profiling of mouse cardio-pharyngeal development under maternal diabetes mellitus

We employed single cell RNA sequencing to interrogate the consequence of maternal diabetes in cardiac and craniopharyngeal development Overall design: Examination of single cell RNA sequnecing from craniopharyngeal and cardiac cells captured at E10.5 fetues from vehicle pre-treated or streptozoticine pre-treated females. At least 3 biological replicate embryos were analyzed per genotype.
