STGP4 (GSE) interacts with TET3 and is required for localizing TET3 to the pronuclei of zygotes (inferred from mouse homologs). Within the pronuclei, STGP4 is bound to METTL23, which binds chromatin, possibly via dimethylarginine-17 of histone H3.3 (inferred from mouse homologs).
