Gut metagenomic data of cows with laminitis

Gut microbiome disorder has been associated with the development of local and systemic diseases in animals, and the functional changes in the gut microbial community of dairy cows with laminitis remain unclear. Here, the gut metagenomic data of dairy cows with laminitis group and healthy group were used to investigate the changes in gut microbiome composition of dairy cows in these two groups.
